We both are physical trainer and yoga expert at and we made Guinness world record holder, Limca book of records of none stop Aerobics and yoga for 19 hours and 10 hours at Pune and Ahmedabad in 2004 ad 2007 respectively, and also master degree holder of different subjects botany and economics and yoga. We are giving training to maintain and improve health with the help of yoga and fitness work-out (Aerobics) since 1995 in various reputed health clubs and institute to the persons interested in elath. Our place of helath activities are Udaipur, Ahmedabad Srinagar and Indore (M.P.) In this way we have a vast experience in trainng the people in yoga and physical and mental fitness. We have the through knowledge in basic skills in refluxing aerobics breathing training, floor exercise, asanas and primary exercise. We wish to volunteer or services or an yoga and physical trainer to your esteemed hindu mandir. You may aware that Yoga and Aerobics Exercise one of the best experience for keeping the human joints healthy and flexible and it helps in reducing te mental stress level and increase in stamina.
